With almost 19 years’ experience in one of the world largest international hotel chain, he has strong experience in both operations & development and has successfully expanded the hotel network within Indonesia & Malaysia.

With a career in advertising, events and activation spanning over 16 years, Leng has donned the suit for clients like Procter & Gamble, Toyota, Nestle, Mondolez, to name a few. She has lead campaigns from creation to fruition with a keen insight into consumer mindset and behaviour. As one who has been in the industry before the golden age of smartphones and fast internet, she has great adaptability to evolve with the changing consumer and marketing words.

Expertise in land and development joint ventures models and deals in structuring shareholders agreements and sales and purchase agreements.

Actively involved in company listing, merger and acquisition, fundraising and corporate restructuring initiatives for various listed companies.

Idham Ismail is currently the Chief Investment Officer at Pharmaniaga Berhad, leading the company's growth and value creation initiatives in Malaysia and Indonesia. He was previously Senior Director of Investment and general partner at Ekuinas, where he served as Chairman of portfolio companies like UNITAR, Cosmopoint Colleges, Tranglo, and Exabytes.

Idham also served as a member of the Investment Committee at Tael Partners Tijari Fund and COPE Fund IV. He also served as Director of Investments at Khazanah Nasional Berhad, leading sector coverage for global investments in power and co-investment strategies. Idham graduated with a BSc in Engineering Mathematics from the University of Bristol and Master of Finance from RMIT University.
